Return Policy

Service Fees
Design consultation and styling service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. This includes initial consultations, design concepts, and project planning time invested by our team.
Project Deposits
Project deposits are generally non-refundable and serve to secure your project slot and compensate for initial planning work. Specific deposit terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Furniture and Decor Items
Items purchased through Verdant Interior Atelier are subject to the following return conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
- Client is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Restocking fees may apply
Third-Party Products
For items purchased directly from third-party vendors or manufacturers, their respective return policies apply. We will assist in coordinating returns when possible, but final decisions rest with the vendor.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs documenting the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Do not discard the item until we have reviewed your claim
We will work with you to arrange replacement or refund for damaged or defective items at no cost to you.
Project Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun:
- Provide written notice as soon as possible
- Deposits are non-refundable
- You will be invoiced for work completed to date
- Items already ordered may not be returnable
- Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Design consultation services already provided
